BELLEFONTE, Pa (WJAC) — Bellefonte's Victorian Christmas had to be cancelled this year due to COVID-19 so instead, they hosted a “Day of Giving” on Saturday to support the community.

Many different organizations attended to also show their support and Santa Claus made an appearance for children to take a picture with, fully masked and socially distanced.
